A journey from the timeless heritage of North India
to the peaceful foothills of the Himalayas
with Natalie & Malika
Natalie and Malika met through breathwork, wellness, and a shared love of travel, and sense of humour. It felt inevitable that one day they would create something together. And so it is… The Art of Retreat: a retreat that holds both the depth of genuine inner work and the pure delight of being alive in one of the world's most extraordinary places.
From the ancient streets of North India to the peaceful foothills of the Himalayas, this retreat moves between two worlds - exploration and restoration, outward wonder and inner stillness.

Natalie
Natalie is the founder of Evolve ~ Breath & Body, a therapeutic breathwork school based in London, UK. Her own healing journey began after a challenging
childhood, when she discovered the transformative power of somatic breathwork to release past trauma and reconnect with herself. Today, she is passionate about guiding others to remember their innate strength, expand into their fullest potential, and create lasting transformation. Originally from Nottingham, England, Natalie has travelled extensively, sharing her work and learning from respected teachers around the world. She brings a deep love of travel, movement, nature, music, film, and photography into both her life and the experiences she creates

Malika
Malika is a yoga practitioner and cultural curator with a unique life journey bridging East and West. Born and raised in India, she moved to the US in her early twenties for higher education and spent several years in corporate America before returning to her roots.
In 2019, she came back to India to integrate her passions for travel, yoga, and cultural exchange. She now curates immersive and transformative experiences that invite participants to connect with the richness of India while embarking on their own path of self-discovery. Her work is inspired by her personal journey of living consciously and in alignment with purpose.
